4,5 day module + 1 follow up session

- Familiarise yourself with client website, audit and identify terms used in Drive and E-commerce
- Clarify the differences between online (drive) and offline selling
- Learn how to select and develop your assortment online
- Acquire the knowledge to increase product visibility using e-merchandising and search
- Incorporate E-Retail media to gain more product visibility
- Articulate an E-category management recommendation
- Clarify the use of data in your E-commerce channel (Data flow and data Management fundamentals)
- Evaluate how well E-commerce is integrated your organisation.
